Cancellations for Weight Loss Surgery must be received by SoCal Medical Tourism Group/Ready4aChange VIA EMAIL AND TEXT.
Surgery Deposits & Payments

Refunds of the initial $800 deposit forfeit 50% ($400) for ANY cancellation and must be done 5 weeks prior to the scheduled surgery date.

If you cancel 4 weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date (or any time in between), no refund will be available and the following will occur:

Your deposit can be applied to a future surgery date with SoCal Medical Tourism Group/Ready4aChange. Surgery has to be scheduled within the same year and you are able to move the date only once.

Surgical Refunds
If you arrive for surgery and the Surgeon decides, for your health and safety, not to attempt or complete your surgery then any expenses incurred will be deducted from monies paid and the remaining portion will be refunded to you.
